The personal data of jobseekers will be made available to employers visiting Workin'FOOT. Personal data includes a surname, a first name and an e-mail address, which is compulsory. The personal data provided by the User may be used by Workin'FOOT to inform the User of any news and/or promotional offers relating solely to the Workin'FOOT website. The User can unsubscribe from these notifications at any time. Workin'FOOT will not disclose the User's personal data to any third party.

USE OF THE WORKIN'FOOT WEBSITE

Workin'FOOT jobs may not be used for any of the following purposes:

To contact Workin'FOOT users for any matter other than recruitment or football industry news. To contact Workin'FOOT users to offer the services of a third party company. To publish any illegal content.

Users are required to provide truthful information in their profile or job offer. It is forbidden to use text or images from Workin'FOOT for personal or commercial purposes, unless authorised by Jobs In Football. Refund / Cancellation Policy: If a customer requests a refund or to cancel their purchase, they should email Workin'FOOT via contact@workinfoot.com and state the reasons for their request. Workin'FOOT will respond to this request within 14 days and will take each request on a case by case basis.

USER INFORMATION

Workin'FOOT is not responsible for misleading and/or inaccurate information contained in job offers and profiles. Workin'FOOT reserves the right to modify or delete any information submitted by the user on the site.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Workin'FOOT will not be liable for any loss or damage that the user may encounter while using the website. We advise all users to be extremely cautious in any approach to clubs/companies via the Website, and under no circumstances to provide financial details or send money.
